Microwave Rockfish
1 - 4 to 6 oz. rockfish fillet
Old Bay Seasoning
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray butter
Take a 4 to 6 oz. piece of rockfish and pat with a dry paper towel. Place the fillet on a microwave safe plate. Spray the rockfish fillet with the butter. Sprinkle Old Bay on
the fillet. Cover with a damp paper towel or microwave cover. Microwave the fish on high for 4 minutes.
Enjoy!
Notes: For an Italian flavor, sprinkle basil and parmesan cheese on the fish.
For those who like
Mexican, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top of the rockfish fillet and serve with salsa.
